In the Fall of 2013, I put my faith in the eye I heard from the community and PoleFly Aerial Fitness was born! PoleFly offers a variety of group fitness classes, such as, Pole fitness, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Aerial Silks, Acroyoga, Fly Gym (aerial yoga/pilates), Chair Dance, Flexibility, and Barre. We are fortunate to have instructors from coast to coast and students from all over the world. The best part, no experience needed, we are here to instruct and condition any student who’s willing to learn no matter their current fitness level, age or gender!
